Missing speed cameras?

Hello!

Despite having enabled the warnings about speed cameras + displaying them I noticed they were missing on the last travels I did.

I believe map data come from Openstreetmap? I noticed node 1486157517 (for example) was not in ABRP.

    Hi @Mael Rabe,

    We’re not using OSM for speed camera data. Instead we’re using HERE as the source.

    In what country were you driving when they weren’t displayed? We can, for instance, not legally display speed cameras in Germany.

      Ok I did not know.

      Indeed I dont see the speed camera on HereWeGo.

      I m based in France. Is it also forbidden to display speed cameras aswell?

      I know another app that does it (not Waze)

        In France, we may show information, but we’re not allowed to mark the precise location of a speed camera. Instead, we may display a “safety zone” as a line on the map.
