Include timezone change indicator

When crossing timezone boundries, there’s no indications in the route plan. The times are correct, but unless you look very closely and do the math, you can’t tell when the timezone changes are.

For example, in the screenshot below, there is a timezone change (PST to MST) after Hines, OR and before Jordan Valley, OR.

Even something simple, like a clock emoji next to the time would be helpful for the first stop in a new timezone.
