Missing connection

Most of the time while using ABRP to navigate, the real time charging status is not correct and appears with connection signal in red even if the smartphone and the car are on 4 or 5 g well connected

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    The red bar means that it’s more than five minutes since we got live data. You can try to unlink Enode and link it again to see if it gets better.
