Minimum Charging Level

My default driving profile includes charging to 80% EVERY TIME I stop to charge. This is due to getting stuck on a bridge behind a wreck for over 6 hours.

Please add a configuration option for MINIMUM TARGET CHARGE and calculate stops based on that information.
