Mercedes enode connection not working in india

In the month of January I used abrp on my mercedes eqs suv in india with live connection via enode. I again reinstalled the app today and the option to connect via enode is gone. Can you help me with this.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Please share a screenshot of the “Edit connections” menu that you can find in the vehicle settings under Live data.
