Megane map in Automotive only updates every 30s

Since updating to a recent version of the app, the ABRP map in the car using Android Automotive only refreshes exactly every 30 seconds - it doesn’t smoothly move along as you drive, as it did before.

Car = Renault Megane ETech 60kW

App version = 6.0.3 (in car and on my phone)

I have tried logging out of my account, and also reinstalling the app in the car, but there is no change.

I am completely guessing - but I wonder if this is somehow related to a very recent change to the app where it was not detecting the battery size in the car?
