Hello,

I am Naim and a premium member.

I have a Megane e tech 220hp EV60 2023

I just got an OBD (Vgate ICar pro 2s)

When i tried to connect my vehicle with my device i got this error:

Note: My obd works properly in other apps.

I couldn’t find any realistic solutions in other questions.

As a temporary solution,

Is it possible to transfer information to the ABRP application via a token from another application? I think it is. Which one can I use for this?

    To help us figure out what happen we need you to send a bug report. First you need to enable the bug button in the settings. Go to the settings and scroll all the way down.

    The bug button will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car and the car is in drive mode click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this.

      I saw this in your answers to people who had the same problem before, and I applied it.

      You can also check the screenshot I sent; this button is not present on the screen where the error occurred. But I repeat, while my car was in ready-to-drive mode and my OBD device was connected, I clicked the error reporting button in the upper right corner of the main screen.

      I think you are having difficulty understanding what the real problem is, as you haven't given a clear answer to many of the same questions, which is interesting.

      The application does not have a protocol suitable for the vehicle. Why can't an application that works with 1000 models work with my car? I bought an OBD device with great expectations, and the result is disappointment.

      I believe you have a solution. <3

      Selam, çalıştı eline sağlık çoook teşekkür ederim zamanında çok aradım,bulamadım. bence bunla alakalı youtube’a video atsan harika olur diğer kullanıcılar da çok arıyordur.

      ikinci olarak hız, batarya yüzdesi ve dış ortam sıcaklığını bulmuşsun. Ben de bütün ihtimalleri denedim ama arabanın güvenlik duvarı bunlar dışındaki veri çıkışını engelliyor. gelişme yaşarsan mümkünse bana instadan yazar mısın? ig:naimyavz
