No map displayed, blank background since 5.7.2

The first time we used ABRP for a 9 hour trip it worked for the first half and then the map wouldn’t load it was just blank but everything else was present. It did this on the app and in car screen on Apple CarPlay. We paid for the subscription and then basically had to stop using the app halfway through and just used google maps. Will be wanting a refund and cancelling our subscription

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    This is a reoccurring issue it seems, for months now the map either loads so slowly it feels like using a 56k modem again, or it doesn’t load at all. This is basic functionality in a route planner, please fix asap.

    Yes, there was a spelling error in my message, but that is not the reason for the problem. The URL I use ise the correct one. The map still is loading very slowly.

    Thank you for the report and apologies for the map issues! We did have issues with our map server on Thursday last week but that should have been resolved during Friday. Are you still having these issues?
