No map displayed, blank background since 5.7.2

The first time we used ABRP for a 9 hour trip it worked for the first half and then the map wouldn’t load it was just blank but everything else was present. It did this on the app and in car screen on Apple CarPlay. We paid for the subscription and then basically had to stop using the app halfway through and just used google maps. Will be wanting a refund and cancelling our subscription
