Map view shaking and setup in the app is sometimes resetting itself

The map view is sometimes behind with there informations. When I slowly roll up at the traffic light the maps view is starts to shake around in short moves up and down like someone with Parkinson had video taped this. But this is not what I had in mind when I paid for the premium version of this app. And also the settings that I have made resets itself every once in while for example I always shot off the voice for giving directions and from 5 times 3 times it went back on. That is a no go I do not want to setup the settings for every drive I plan with the app
