Map position update too slow to use it for driving
When driving a route, the time between position updates is about 30 seconds. This makes following thd map tedious since I'm not sure precisely where I am. I sometimes miss turns or exits.
Occasionally, it will update much more quickly (“real time”). This is for an entire session. But the next time that I use it, it is back to slow updates.

Further playing around with it, I found that it happens when I don’t have a solid GPS fix when I enter the app. (Like Francisco Javier Velázquez below.)
If I make sure that I have a location lock before opening ABRP, it works fine.
It also makes it hard to plan a route inside where I don’t get location. Sometimes the app won’t even open. It just sits there with a blank screen.

(Hyundai tries to access android debugging so I don’t trust android auto on it.)

Can you please give us more information about, what is your vehicle? do you use it via the mobile app or Carplay/AA? What live data connection are you using?

Finally, I’ve discovered that the issue occurs when I launch the ABRP app before activating the GPS location, as well as the Bluetooth connection. When I put ON the GPS and the Bluetooth connection, and later the app, then everything goes perfectly.

My Vehicle IS a Renault Zoe Q90. I use Android Auto with a wire, but I only use the mobile vía app with ABRP. It’s all right now that I know that I must Connect the mobile to GPS location and Bluetooth before using the app.
