Hey,
I tried a few things to reproduce it, like simulating a bad connection and so on, but for me the map always loads.
If you can reproduce it all the time, could you please try loading the page with the network tab open in Chrome (or whatever browser you use) so you can see the network requests that are sent? In Chrome you can do this by pressing F12 on your keyboard. Then when you filter for “maps” you should see a list similar to this one:
If you can get there, please check if there are any requests that are in the 400/500 range in the status tab. If you need further help finding this view please let me know and we can find it out together.

Thank you for looking into this. As of this morning the map displays immediately. Using F12 to show the network requests also shows a constant “200” for all requests.
I reboot my computer every morning. Am on the latest versions of W11 and Chrome.
The one think that has become erratic in my environment lately is the home IP address. 2 months ago I switched from ATT to Verizon 5G. I have noticed that Verizon changes my home network address on a seemingly random basis, often showing me hundreds of miles away from my home (but always in California). Not sure this has anything to do with my map not loading but you may wish to see if this roaming IP address correlates to any other strange behaviors you have seen.
