Map Error Button

A nice feature would be to have a button creates a report of a map problem (and that maybe allows you to annotate the nature of the problem a bit). If there is a place to send the problem where other folks might also work in it that would be great, but even if it just kept a list of problems that I’d noted so that I could go back to OSM later to look at the problem.
