it would be good to make the process of reporting errors in the map simpler and it's not just a map error, but also planning etc. (Waze inspiration?)

It looks like the plan is working. Do you still experience problems?
We do have a feature to report a bug/problem. If you go to the settings and scroll all the way down you can turn on a Report a bug toggle. It will then show on your screen. Click at that button the next time there is a problem and let us know. We can then look at the bug report.
