Manual SOC update doesn’t work

I have tried on my iPhone and in CarPlay to update the manual state of charge on the screen during route guidance

On the iphone I used the + / - buttons

On car play I went into the setting and tried reducing by 1% and 5%

On the iPhone it occasionally worked (albeit it took about 30 seconds, so you never knew how many button presses had registered)

On CarPlay it has yet to work after multiple attempts

I know the answer is to get live data, but I am renting a car for a few weeks on a road trip so I will need to manually update the SoC

Can you get this fixed in the next few weeks please!
