Manual SOC adjustments sometimes don’t work

Used it to plan a trip and I noticed that the calculated SOC was way off (had to adjust +5% at least 10 times over the course of a 2 hour drive). However, sometimes after adjusting manually, the SOC would change to a random number requiring me to fix it again. Adjustments were made through the CarPlay app.
