Make it easier to reconnect to OBD BLE adapter

I did my first ABRP + OBDLink CX road trip yesterday. Near the beginning of the trip, after a short stop, I realized that there was a red "OBDLinkCX disconnected" note on the phone (I can’t remember the exact working).

At a stop light I made sure I was connected via the iOS Bluetooth settings and then ended up having to force-quit ABRP on the phone and restart it to get it to show the green "Connected" notation.

Since such a thing often will be discovered while driving, it would be really nice if there was a simple “Reconnect” button/link right on that note (or even on the CarPlay display) rather than resulting to restarting the app.

FWIW, for the rest of the trip, it worked like a champ. Re-connecting every time I got back in the car and, yes, it shows a ton of data including accurate SOC percentage.
