Mach-E SOC from CarScanner app

I just connected CarScanner to ABRP. It’s pulling in the actual state of charge, which is of the total battery that is not available, instead of the displayed state of charge. Not a big deal, they’re within 5 or so points, but can I change it to pull the right value?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Can you share screenshots of these different numbers that are being displayed currently?

      The two values are HvbSoc and HvbSocD. The first is the % of total battery installed in the vehicle. The second is the % of total battery displayed, which is what is available to use. Mach-E has a 98kWh battery but only 91kWh available to use.

        What model year is your vehicle? We see that you are connected to the 2022 model where we have it set as the 91 kWh battery size.

    Hi,

    CarScanner offers customized values that are sent to ABRP. For that go to CarScanner → Settings → ABRP Integration → ABRP Sensors. You can select different values there. However we have not been part of the implementation, so if you have further questions on this, feel free to also consult CarScanner support.
