lucid Only Allowed Chg at 50w

Your app does not take into consideration that a Lucid Air can currently only charge at 50w at a Tesla charger with the adaptor. For example, Palm Springs to Santa Fe says first charge is at Kingman, AZ and shows charging at a Tesla charger 250w. So, it would take way longer than whey you show. You need to fix this on your app.

    Can you please add a plan where we send you to a Tesla charger and charging takes a long time? Click at Share plan and Share ABRP link.

      It shows charging at 250w in Kingman, AZ… taking only 22 minutes to charge from 28 to 70 percent. As I said, Lucid is restricted to only 50w so your app should not be showing this as 250. Am I missing something here?

              Linda, all I am saying is you need to change your programming so if it is a Lucid Air using any Tesla charging station, it is limited to 50w. You cannot automatically choose 250w, for example, because it calculates charging more quickly and affects the rest of the route. On an iPad, I am not seeing a link to share but I will look again. I shouldn’t have to. Just fix this universally please. Thank you.

                It seems to affect most cars that uses NACS adapters so we need to change this in the app. I will get back to you when it’s fixed. I’m sorry that it takes a lot of time but we have had a lot to do. Everybody is back from vacation now so everything should be answered faster now.
