Linking Toyota to ABRP via Enode logs me out of Toyota app

Using ABRP to connect to my car via my Toyota account, the Toyota app constantly signs me out so I have to log back in to the Toyota app with user name & password.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Enode responded:

    “We're not aware of an issue with Toyota vehicles being signed out in this way - this appears to be the first report we've had of this happening.

    “…Do they have any guest accounts or additional users on their main account?
    Can they share any error message details? Basically, anything that might help us to understand the problem better?”

    Hence, I’d like to ask you;

    1. Do you have any guest accounts or additional users on the main account for this vehicle?

    2. Do you see any error message?

      Hello. Thanks for looking into this.

      1. There is one other user for the Toyota account but that user hasn’t opened the app since subscribing to ABRP. That account is on Android. We’ve opened the app just now and the app still automatically logs in.

      2. The Toyota app on my iPhone logs me out. No error message. I have to log back in with email & password. I use fingerprint ID to open the Toyota app on my iPhone. If I don’t use ABRP I stay logged in to Toyota and can open the app with my fingerprint.

    Hi @Ashley Moon,

    Thank you for reporting. Unfortunately, I don’t have an immediate solution as we have not encountered this issue before.

    I’ve submitted a ticket with Enode, as they are the ones handling the connection to Toyota in this case. We’re awaiting their response.
