Long touch to enable reordering of waypoints

Please! It really needs to be made much more difficult to accidentally reorder waypoints in a plan.

When you’ve got a plan with several waypoints and then you are scrolling through them, it’s too easy to accidentally change their order.

Please make it so the user has to touch and hold for longer before waypoints can be reordered.

Also, we really need waypoint numbering on the map. It’s incredibly frustrating to use it like it is without these.
