Locks on the logo when starting in car play

When I start ABRP in my KIA EV9 (09/2025) it won’t go past the ABRP logo just lock in that screen. It worked but since an update it’s now stopped, makes the subscription not worthwhile. Very disappointed, hope this is an easy fix.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi @Simon Range,

    Have you checked if simply uninstalling and reinstalling the iOS app resolves this issue?

    Could you please provide the full version number, including the four digits within parentheses? (found at the bottom of the settings menu in the app).

    Thanks for reporting and sorry for the inconvenience! We have just fixed an issue like that in our open beta as described in Installing the ABRP Beta version - could you try that one out?
