Location freezes when starting to drive

Fairphone 3 with latest /e/OS version Q-1.4 (LineageOS with microG)
Planning a trip works really well, but as soon as the car starts to move, the location freezes a few hundred meters from the starting point. The GPS continues to report the actual speed, but the app thinks I'm moving in place and adjusts the ETA based on the frozen location.
Other navigation apps (Magic Earth and OsmAND) work fine.
