Fails to connect Toyota bz4x via Enode

Dear Sir or Madam, I am currently unable to establish a connection to my vehicle (Toyota bz4x ) via Anode. Error message: Connection to Toyota not possible at the moment.

    I can see that you’ve linked the vehicle successfully since and that we’ve received data recently.

    Are you still experiencing issues with the connection?

          Even when the vehicle is active? Such as when driving and charging?

              believe that the connection between Auto Enode and ABRP is only sporadic and thus does not allow a reliable statement about the current battery capacity. Best regards, Elmar
