live traffic updates

Hi everyone. I’m using the GPS app APRP (paid version), which is supposed to include live traffic updates – but I find that these updates are significantly worse than what I get in Google Maps. In fact, I pretty much have to keep Google Maps running in the background to get reliable traffic data, which doesn’t make much sense when I’ve paid for a dedicated GPS solution. I’m specifically referring to real-time updates like traffic jams, accidents, or road closures. Has anyone else experienced something similar with APRP? And are there any settings or tricks that can improve the real-time updates? Thanks in advance for your help!
