Live Traffic, Speed and Traffic Light Cameras

When using Android Auto you don't always have a root planned. Map is on dashboard. Is there any way we can get a setting where we can enable live traffic, speed and traffic light cameras to come up even when not on a route. That way for local driving you can see the real time traffic like another apps and be warned about any cameras.
