live traffic in south Germany/Tyrol (Austria) very poor

During my trip from Tyrol in Austria through Achensee and along the A8/A99/A9 to Nuremberg last Saturday, I noticed the poor live traffic information and the lack of rerouting away from heavy traffic jams. Often, it was not shown on the ABRP map or in the wrong location (incorrect section of street or motorway).

Having booked the premium service, I was disappointed by the poor live traffic service.
