LIVE data not working

Hi, i have VW id4 2023. I have ABRP premium and car connected with enode, but ABRP show me this issue. My profile is main profile in my car. Where is the problem?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    Can you try to delete the VW app and install it again. Then try to connect.
