Live data is not accurately linking with Hondalink.

ABRP worked well for me during the first month, but now it isn’t updating my Honda Prologue’s mileage or battery percentage. The location works, and charging centres show up, but it always says I have 45% battery, even when I actually have more or less. The mileage is about 2k off. Because of this, it keeps sending me to charging stations when I don’t need them. I’ve relinked my Hondalink account six times through Enode, and each time it says the connection is complete. Has anyone else had this problem, or do you have any suggestions? I have an annual plan, but I won’t renew it if it doesn’t work.
