Live data (beta) via Smartcar not authenticating MyRenault account

I joined the beta program for the live data through Smartcar but I’m not able to sign in into the MyRenault account (I've got a Renault Megane E-Tech 2022).

When trying to authenticate with MyRenault, I always get this error:
"Sorry, we experienced an error! Please try again. If your login continues to fail, please verify you have an active MY Renault account and are entering the correct username and password.
Session ID: (omitted)"
I verified I can login into both the MyRenault app and website using the same credentials, so there seems to be something wrong with the Smartcar authentication.

Where does this happen?
