Live connection issue with enode and Volkswagen ID.4

Hi I hope that this isn’t a duplicate but I couldn’t find another post in the search like this. I recently purchased the app and input all the information and did, what seemed to be, the live connection. The app gets/displays all the information that you’d expect except the battery SoC. What it does show is random sometimes 75% other times it will start at 90%. Even if I put in the current SoC of the ID4 the app it will not stay the same as power usage/Regen will vary. This kind of makes the app redundant as I would like to use this for road trips but if it can’t keep up with current events then Google Maps is just as good. Any suggestions for getting the live information to work? I’ve restarted my phone tried different app settings none of which make a difference. Thanks for your help!
