Live Connection and Enode Connectivity Issue (Premium Account)

Hello,

I am unable to establish a live connection with my vehicle through the application. The “Connect with Enode” button is not functioning.

Additionally, the application does not display my vehicle’s current charging status or energy consumption data, preventing me from remotely accessing vehicle information.

Please note that I am a Premium member, and I would appreciate it if this issue could be prioritized and reviewed accordingly.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that I be informed of any updates.
