Live battery SOC on arrival fluctuates wing
Consistently, the arrival SOC estimate when first planning a trip is accurate within 1 or 2% battery. Upon beginning the drive, using live data and a live link to the car, SOC estimated on arrival jumps up 5-7%. Over the course of the drive, the SOC estimated on arrival drops back down to the original estimate, or occasionally below.
This gives the impression that the estimate is 7+% off if the user isn't paying attention, causing unnecessary stress.

Starting SOC 100%
Arrival SOC 18%
At halfway through the second leg of the journey (charging to exactly the percentage required by the charging stop, or in my case 74%, estimated arrival SOC is 25 or 26%, then drops slowly to 20% or sometimes 19 or 18%. This happens independent of weather and temperature, although those two factors still have a noticable impact. I'm using all automatic settings, and getting live data from the car via BLE OBDII reader
