Lichtblick card - not all shown chargers work

I entered Lichtblick as a charging card - but charging stations being not supported by this card are integrated into the route planning - e.g. the station in France from Izivia 2 rue de L’industrie, Orgelet.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    When your preferred charger networks chargers are too distant, ABRP will choose the most sensible route, and not go out of its way to get to preferred charger networks chargers. This can mean that we include other charging networks in the route.
