Configurations disappears

Premium account.

I have two configurations, standard and bike back. The bike configuration has disappeared with all the data I had.

If I create a new one it also disappears after 30 seconds or so.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Same here last week. Sadly i tried to bring the reference powerusage to a new car but doesnt work. Can you bring the car and the powerusage data back?

    Our developers have found the problem and will fix it. Your configurations will be back and also the data that is missing. We are really sorry about this.

    Configurations are gone and reset

    Since this week I have lost my 3 configurations. Besides that my standard configurations has been reset to default. Which means that not only all my settings are gone but also my reference powerusage.
