Lane Guidance Missing On City Streets

In many cities there are complex multi-lane intersections where it would really help to have more guidance than just turn left or right or go straight. Does ABRP know how to provide lane guidance on non-highway roads? If so, where does it get the information? It doesn’t seem to be picking up changes made in Open Street Map.
