Lancia Y 54Kw fails to connect

The Lancia Ypsilon Electric profile fails to retrieve OBD data, while the Peugeot e-208 54 kWh profile works correctly with the same Vgate adapter.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
