Unselected charge card included in 'Your charge cards' listed for charger

Hello everyone

the planned route:

https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?charger_id=527906676

the charging stop at "Stark Energie" is suggested

but apparently my charging cards are not supported there (Swisscharge and WeCharge)

there is an EnBW charging station in the same place - it tells me that I don't have an EnBW card, but I don't have one

so that's flying blind.... :-)

    You’ve provided a link to a charger, not a plan.

    Are you reporting a charging location that is incorrectly being tagged with charge cards that are incompatible with it?

      However, the system is now selecting the EnBW charger in Ringsheim

      I don't have an EnBW card, but the system tells me that it is one of my cards

        Thank you. Do note that we can only ‘prefer’ chargers where your selected cards are compatible and that the setting is not strict.

        However, we should of course not list cards you haven’t selected as ‘your charge cards’ listed under the charger. We’ll investigate.

    As additional side note, in the charge card settings there is a toggle, that we should prefer chargers, that are supported by your charge card. So if you toggle that on, you usually should not see any unsupported chargers, unless there is no other charger that can be used.

    Hey,

    I just checked this issue. The “Standardpreis” charge card item is not really a charge card, but the AdHoc price you would pay, when following the payment instructions at the charger. So it is not really showing a charge card (which you do not have) but rather the price when you would pay with your credit card or online payment system from the operator.

    We will however improve on how that is displayed, as it is indeed a bit confusing.
