Battery pre-conditioning for Kia vehicles

In a recent update for the Kia EV6 the car will begin to pre-heat the battery when you approach a DC charger on your configured route. In order for this to work you have to use the car built in navigator to set a DC charger as your destination. I'd like to see this automated if I use ABRP to plan my trip, including my DC charging stops.

I‘ve got a new 2025er EV6 and just purchased the ABRP Premium to get the vehicle connected via enode.
I know enode and just realized that it does NOT expose the API to precondition the battery or to set a navigation target into the car’s native system.

The other way to implement this would be the carplay interface. However, the standard protocol does not allow iOS Apps to turn on the battery conditioning.
The only poor workaround would be to get an alert on the (carplay) screen to turn on the battery conditioning manually when you are approaching the DC charger.
If I would be the ABRP developer, I would ask enode to implement the KIA API.

100% this. I did a 1400 mile trip and I remembered to do this 1 time I think.
Either directly integrate into ABRP or a good compromise would be a reminder to turn it on 15 min before charging stop.

I have ABRP Premium with battery status communicated via Enode.
The native Kia Access app has the ability to turn on battery preconditioning so it is possible to enable it via the ABRP app.
This is a feature that is essential and should be added to ABRP!!!
