Kia Access Enode Error

I’m a Premium user and trying to connect ABRP to my 2023 Kia EV6 Wind AWD via Enode. I select Kia Access, and then when I enter my username and password, I get the following error:

Connection problem

Kia is experiencing issues, and is currently unreachable. Please try again later.

This has been happening for days. I’m getting the error on the mobile app and browser, on cellular and WiFi. Is there really an issue connecting with Kia or is the issue on my end somewhere?
