KGM Torres evx 80.6kwh version live data disconnects

Live data via Android Auto continuously disconnects and never gets Live SoC anymore. When I reset the car infotainment system or when I delete the car and re-add it again in the vehicle settings then reconnects again but after sometime it loses the connection and never gets live data again unless I restart infotainment system of car or re-add the car in ABRP app. Please have a look this problem since it is very useful option that it lets you get live data without an obd dongle.

    I also have a Torres EVX Alpha (80.6 kWh battery). When I add the vehicle as “Alpha” in the “Add Vehicle” section, the real-time data doesn't work. To test it, if I select the 72 kWh Torres version, “K30,” from the list, I can receive real-time data; however, as the battery percentage decreases, there's a discrepancy of about 4% between the battery level displayed by the vehicle and the software.

    Thanks for reporting! Can you explain how you see the SoC value, and how you see that it does not update?
    The reason for asking is that I checked your logs for the last 7 days and I cannot see any data from Android Auto for your vehicle at all.

      I already used it on 03.14.2026 almost 200km with ABRP while connected live data

      I deleted the vehicle to make it work again and my history may be not active. But I can try to make some logs by resetting my KGM torres evd infotainment system

        Hey, we just checked your data. The SoC seems to be stuck for long periods at the same value, so we do not update it, and that results in a stale soc value (older than 5mins). This probably results in the disconnected TLM icon. However we can see, that after a value the soc actually does update.

        So could you please explain a little more the actual problem? Do you get some values, but they always show up as disconnected, or do they stay stale forever? Can you maybe post a screenshot if you are unsure how to explain?

        We can see some values, that stay the same for 8 minutes or more, so we probably think that it is outdated then, but it just didn’t change for a very long time. Does this maybe mainly happen on slow driving?

        We just found a bug which affects Enode connections for some users, making them silently disconnect. This should now be resolved - could you please unlink and link Enode again for your vehicle?
