Cannot enter 17:00 at the time of departure

I want to depart from Keukenhof at 17:00. I can't enter this in the departure options. But the maximum possible time is 11:59. The browser language and ABRP are in German.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    I have the opposite problem. When I want to enter 8:00 AM, the system forces the value to 20:00 instead of 08:00. I don't have an AM/PM selector either.

    Thanks for reporting! Do you see an “AM/PM” selector to the right of the time?

      No, I am from Germany we have a 24h system. There is no selector.
