Support symbol explanation when hovering over icon in web

It would be nice to be able to see what a symbol means when hovering over it. For example, when I look at CheapCharger in Hyllinge, I see that it’s 300 kW, but then there’s a red dot followed by "1/16"; the same appears under "connectors"—"1/16" in red. Does that mean all the chargers are occupied, broken, or what? It would be really helpful to have a proper explanation appear when hovering the mouse cursor over it.
