It is impossible to select a route voice in the Android app without Google Play

If the car runs on an Android system without built-in Google support, Google's speech synthesis engine is not supported. I installed RHVoice speech synthesis and downloaded the voice I needed. Now, when I try to set up voice support in the ABRP app, I go to the voice selection menu and am redirected to the RHVoice voice selection. But I can't confirm the downloaded voice. As a result, ABRP doesn't provide voice guidance. However, the OsmAnd navigation app allows me to correctly select the RHVoice voice country in this situation, and voice guidance works there.
