It can’t complete a route

The below plan fails; that does not seem to be correct because…
I think it has to do with the preferred/avoid list for charging networks. It used to assume all networks unless you marked them AVOID. Now you have to select PREFER, network by network. Also it doesn’t list the networks to choose from any more…you have to know the name of the network to find it, rather than selecting from a list.

I used to work earlier today, but suddenly stopped a few hours ago, and whole sections of my multi-waypoint changed from blue to red dashed lines.
