Issue with live data from two VW ID3s via Enode

Enode works perfectly with the first car, getting live data as expected. We have a second VW ID3, and get the warning ‘connection issues’ under the second car’s SOC when trying to link the second car with Enode. We’ve tried linking via my VW account and my Wife’s, with the same result. My VW account only has air con/reading SOC access to the car, my Wife’s VW account has full access.

The good news is that Enode appears to continue to work perfectly with the first car, despite adding the second car which doesn’t work.

Is this expected behaviour, or should Enode work with both cars?
