Issue with Enode live connection

For a few hours, the enode connection is not working anymore. We had no other choice than to plan our route by checking level of battery and map with available charges on the road. Very annoying when I took the Premium formula. Until then the app was 5* but now, I am reconsidering it…

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    I’m getting this today with my Nissan and ABRP. Says it’s “sleeping”. I just launched my Nissan app and it seems they’re having issues.

    i have had this issue for a couple of days now. In the app it says that live sync is sleeping. I drive a ID4

    Hi

    I can see that Volvo had some issues on Friday but everything should work now.
