is unable to plan

Bug Reports
When I try to set a target via the program, I receive a "valid plan not found" warning, and it fails to create a plan. I get this warning regardless of whether or not I am connected to the vehicle via OBD.
Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
