IPhone widget shows no data, despite being logged in to app

Set everything up in the app, and added the widget, however, the widget shows no data and prompts me to log in to the app (which I am). The Contact Support option for "other" circles me back to FAQs and the manual, which of course make no mention of the widget. With no contact options other than to report a bug (not a great enticement for Premium signup…) I'm posting here as a last-ditch effort before uninstalling.
