Ios sub not working!

hi there, i have purchased a premiumsub on my iphone, abrp sub is under apple id on my phone. yet when i purchased the subscription, i was not logged in into ABRP. So the subbwas working until i tried to login to the abrp app to save settings. yet my subscription is not recognized by the ABRP when i login with my apple id account under which the subscription is registered. No option to restore or to get it to work again. emailed support, no reply whatsoever. Has anyone got a clue on how to get this to work again? I have been through quite a rabbit hole until now, rebooting, reinstalling, reset network settings, hard reser. yet nothing seems to work. Hope someone has the solution for this. thanks in advance guys.
