IONNA data issue

As noted in a post on Reddit, there is widespread incorrect data on IONNA charging network sites with locations listed as being capped at 50 kW rather than 400 kW, which makes the routing engine avoid these locations in favor of other networks and produce inaccurate charging times.

This data should be corrected to reflect the correct charging connectors and charging rate at these sites (typically 400 kW with 6 CCS and 4 NACS/J3400 handles, but may vary by location), especially as more sites from this network go online.
